Sales, Returns, and Exchange Policies

  • All items sold on go through quality control procedures. Every item is thoroughly inspected before, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
  • offers our customers the option to return certain products within seven (7) days from the time the product was delivered. Certain products are non- returnable (including, but not limited to, discounted items, limited quantity products, undergarments, socks etc)
  • You can login to your account on our website and go to your β€˜Order’ section and raise a return request. Click on Request a Return and select all the items you wish to return & and select a reason of return from the list. Click the check box at the bottom of Returns page β€˜I confirm that the product is unused with original tags intact’ and then click on Proceed to return.
  • You can also send us an email on with the details of your order and the reason for your return so we can initiate the process.
  • Please ensure that the items being returned are in their original packaging with all tags intact and are in unused, re-sellable condition so that you have a smooth return experience.
  • Items returned to will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the package is received by our warehouse team. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
  • Upon completion of the inspection process, we will reach out to you via email to confirm the status of your return.
  • Items purchased using gift vouchers are not applicable for return or exchange unless items have factory defects.
  • Items cannot be exchanged, customer who wish to exchange the items need to raise a return request and place a new order for desired product.
Can I return items bought on Sale?

Unfortunately, items bought on sale or any discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Once my item is returned and inspected and approved by the NBA Store India team, I will get refund via which mode of payment?

Refund will be done via Store Credit or back to original payment method.

When will I receive a refund for returned items?

Processing of the refund may take 1 to 2 weeks from the time the item being returned is received by the warehouse team. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Guidelines for Product Returns for Material and Workmanship Flaw

  • Any product returned to must have been purchased from only.
  • It is recommended to insure the return shipment as the customer is under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until the warehouse team receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of dispatch to the warehouse.
  • A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection. Product must have the original packaging included (such as Nike transparent apparel bag, Nike shoebox) as well.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original packaging and are in unused, re- sellable condition so that you have a smooth return experience.
  • No Counterfeit Products.

If the product claim is approved, a product replacement (same or comparable style) OR a Store Credit voucher for use at only at the sole discretion of NBA Store India will be issued. Product replacement or a virtual Store Credit will be issued within 7 working days from the time the customer has been contacted by a representative.

The following, but not limited to will NOT be accepted for return:

  • Products NBA Store India determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws
  • Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration
  • Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice
  • Products without the original packaging (such as Nike transparent apparel bag, Nike shoebox, etc.)
  • Salesman samples or Promotional products
  • Product with the labels and tags removed
  • Discounted Products
Inspections and Store Credit Redemption

  • If the product is deemed to have a material or manufacturing flaw, Store Credit voucher for the suggested retail value of that product will be issued, to be used at only.
  • Products that DO NOT pass the NBA Store India inspection process will be returned to the customer with an explanation.
  • Denied product that is returned back to NBA Store India under a new product claim will be recycled without compensation.
  • If a Store Credit is issued, the returned items will be recycled.
  • Store Credit may be redeemed through only.
  • Store Credit is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Store Credit cannot be used to purchase NBA Store India Gift Cards.
  • Store Credit value will equal’s suggested retail price of the item/s returned.
  • Upon Store Credit redemption, the order total will include the price of the product(s), any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by debit or credit card or any online payment gateway.
  • NBA Store India reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued Store Credit vouchers that are associated with a violation of its policies.
  • NBA Store India reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. In addition, NBA Store India reserves the right to void any Store Credit Vouchers and/or recycle products associated with previous fraudulent or abuse of the claim process.
  • NBA Store India is not responsible for lost or stolen product that has been denied and returned to the customer.
